The outdoor design is based on the relationship between the site and the surrounding forest.
Linear elements—paving, planting, and lighting—organize the space and create reference points throughout the seasons.
New plantings enhance biodiversity, while existing vegetation is preserved to maximize long-distance views.
The design follows a nordic chic aesthetic, combining elements of the historic Xenia building with contemporary architecture.
Rooms prioritize views, comfort, and privacy, while common areas emphasize openness and visual connection with the landscape.
The lighting design aims to highlight the spatial depth while unifying functional and architectural lighting, enhancing both indoor and outdoor areas.
Natural materials and curated furnishings create a sense of refined, understated luxury.
On the eastern side, the The Lynx Casino Florina (1,180 sq.m.) occupies the ground floor and part of the first floor.
It operates as an independent facility, designed according to international casino standards, with specialized spatial organization and equipment.
