Curved architectural elements, pools, pathways, and terraces create a continuous relationship between the built environment and the surrounding landscape. The material and color palette draws directly from the earth and geology of Milos, featuring warm sandy, beige, and off-white tones that blend naturally with the rocky terrain.
Natural stone, earthy textures, Mediterranean planting, and extensive openings toward the Aegean reinforce the connection to the landscape, creating a contemporary interpretation of Cycladic architecture where luxury is expressed through simplicity, natural materials, and a strong sense of place.
The complex combines communal spaces at the highest point of the site with private rooms and suites, each featuring a pool and a sheltered rear courtyard, providing protection from the northern winds.
Circulation follows a network of narrow pathways inspired by traditional Cycladic kalderimia, creating an intimate connection between the buildings and the landscape.
At the lowest point, an open-air sunset bar is integrated into the terrain, offering a panoramic setting overlooking the Aegean and completing the spatial sequence of the complex.
