The design aimed to create functional and aesthetically refined spaces that integrate seamlessly into the rich natural landscape through the use of natural materials and architectural form.
The complex unfolds as a composition of articulated volumes, with single- and two-story forms arranged in a cohesive sequence.
On the southern side of the building, facing the sea, a series of outdoor communal areas and private courtyards for the ground-floor suites have been developed, featuring swimming pools and jacuzzis.
The communal outdoor spaces include dining, lounge, and relaxation areas, as well as two infinity pools that overflow into one another.
The suites were designed with an open-plan layout and large south-facing openings, allowing the interiors to convey a sense of comfort and relaxation.
The design is oriented towards the sea, allowing uninterrupted views from both the interior and outdoor spaces.
Large openings frame the landscape and bring natural light deep into the rooms. The transition between inside and outside remains fluid and continuous.
Outdoor areas extend the living spaces, enhancing comfort and relaxation. The overall experience is defined by openness, light, and a strong connection to the surrounding environment.
